PRF is an IATF 16949:2016 certified company.
The company was established in 1994. The headquarters is located in Rohtak, an industrial town of Haryana, and is 60 kilometres from the national capital, New Delhi. To feed the growing domestic and global demand, two new state-of-the-art manufacturing plants were added in Chennai (South India) and Rohtak (North India).

PRF has an installed capacity of 30,000 MT per annum. We are equipped with bolt formers, part formers and cold forging presses to produce cold forged components to a very high level of precision and thus eliminating the need for most of post forming operations. To produce complex components, we have friction drop hammers and hot forging presses. We also have in-house machining facility such as CNC turning centres and ball burnishing machines, to produce machined components with close tolerances. We are well outfitted with state-of-the-art in-house modern heat treatment facility. The use of SIMENS NX 12450 CAD/CAM, NAGSIM.2D and NAGSIM. 3D has enables us to simulate metal forming processes.
The in-house tool room facility enables us to develop new components in short-lead time. To deliver a value added quality product with short development time, we have a wire processing facility equipped with modern PLC controlled spheroidized annealing furnaces and wire drawing machines with capacity up to 35 mm in diameter.
